All exhibitors or a representative MUST help clean the facility. The exhibitor or the representative must sign in at 4:00 p.m. They will be released at 6 p.m. If the exhibitor or representative does not sign in, they will be charged $250.00. This amount will be withheld from their check.
Entries open for Market Swine, Market Lambs, Market Goats, and Market Broilers.
These entries will close at midnight on January 11, 2025.
They will reopen on January 14- Tag In with a 30.00 late fee. EXCEPT BROILERS there is not a late fee/entry. BROILER DEADLINE TO ORDER JANUARY 11, 2025

Stancil Park Log Cabin - 4:00 to 6 PM - Must be in line by 5:30 PM - Rabbits will be permanently tattooed with a CLS tattoo in their ear. You will only be able to exhibit rabbits that have been validated under your validation numbers in April. There will be a fee of $1 per rabbit validation fee, you may validate as many as you would like.
