7:30 - 8 AM - Check-in Market Broilers 

8 AM - Market Broilers Show

8 AM - 5 PM – Stalls open for setup 

10 AM– 5 PM – Vendor Move In 

12/Noon – Rabbit Check-in – Market Show begins when the judge is ready 

*Breeding Rabbit Show immediately following the Market Rabbits

***Gates will be open from 6:00 AM - 8:00PM***

Tuesday, March 30, 2027

9 AM - 9 PM – Vendors Open to Public 

9 AM - 3 PM - Market Swine Move In

*Market Swine MUST be in place by 3:00 PM

9 - 10 AM Market Goat & Lamb Weigh-in 

11 AM  Market Lamb Show/ Market Goat Show to follow 

2 - 4 PM  – Market Swine Weigh-In

4:30 – 6:30 PM – Market Steer & Commercial Heifer Weigh-In

4:30 – 6:30 PM – Pen of Heifer Check-In 

(Breeding Beef CAN move in)

8 AM – Pen of Heifer Show

9 AM – 9 PM - Vendors Open to the Public

10 - 10:30 AM - Breeding Beef Check-in - If you do not move in on Tuesday, you must park in the back lot and walk cattle in using the walk-through gate

10:30 AM – Breeding Beef Show (Bull Show followed by Heifer Show)

Breeding beef leaving the premises today must walk out the back gate after the show; no trailers are within the facility in preparation for the swine show.

6:00 PM – Market Swine Show 

10:00 PM – Release/Removal of all non-sale Swine, Lambs & Goats 

***Gates will be open from 6:00 AM - 10 PM***

Thursday, April 1, 2027

8 – 8:30 AM – Breeding Swine Check-in 

8  – 9 AM – Ag Mechanic Projects Check-In

9 AM – Breeding Swine Show

10 AM – Ag Mechanics Show/Judging  

3 PM - Deadline for all Breeding Swine to be removed from grounds 

4 PM – Commercial Heifer Show, Market Steer Show to follow 

1 HOUR AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE STEER SHOW is the deadline for signing up/removing Animals from the Auction/Sale  

***Gates will be open from 6 AM - 10 PM***

Friday, April 2, 2027

NOON - ALL Craft Vendors must be moved out

4 PM – Youth Auction Meeting 

4:30 – 6:30 PM Buyer’s Appreciation Dinner 

6:30 PM – Youth Auction 

***Gates will be open from 6 AM - 10 PM***

Saturday, April 3, 2027

8:30 AM – Freezer Sale Check In

9 AM – Freezer Sale 

Noon – Remaining livestock must be removed from the grounds 

Noon - 2 PM Facility Clean Up---

***Gates will be open from 8:00 a.m.***

All exhibitors or a representative MUST help clean the facility. The exhibitor or the representative must sign in at Noon they will be released at 2 PM. If the exhibitor or representative does not sign in, they will be charged $250.00. This amount will be withheld from their check.

These entries will close at midnight on January 9, 2027

They will reopen on January 11th - Tag In with an additional $30.00 late fee. 

EXCEPT BROILERS there is not a late fee/entry. BROILER DEADLINE TO ORDER TBA

Scholarship Applications are DUE!

& WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED IF SENT AFTER THIS DATE.

Cattleman’s Ball 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm@ the Cleveland Civic Center

Stancil Park Log Cabin - 4:00 to 6 PM - Must be in line by 5:30 PM - Rabbits will be permanently tattooed with a CLS tattoo in their ear. You will only be able to exhibit rabbits that have been validated under your validation numbers in April. There will be a fee of $1 per rabbit validation fee, you may validate as many as you would like.
