They will reopen on January 4- Tag In with a 30.00 late fee.

 Rabbits will be permanently tattooed with a CLS tattoo in their ear. You will only be able to exhibit rabbits that have been validated under your validation numbers in April. There will be a fee of $1 per rabbit validation fee, you may validate as many as you would like.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Stalls open for set up 

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Vendor Move In 

12/Noon – Rabbit Check-in – Market Show to begin as soon as judge is ready 

12/Noon – 5:00 p.m. – Home Economics Check-in 

2:00 p.m. – Breeding Rabbit Show immediately following the Market Rabbits

6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Home Economics Judging

9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Vendors Open to the Public 

9:00 a.m. – Market Swine Start arriving, market swine must be in place by 3:00 p.m. 

9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – Market Goat & Lamb Weigh-in 

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Viewing of Home Economics 

11:00 a.m. – Market Lamb Show/ Market Goat Show to follow 

2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. – Market Swine Weigh-In

4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Market Steer & Commercial Heifer Weigh-In 

4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Pen of Heifer Check-In 

(Breeding Beef CAN move in)

6:00 p.m. - Pick-Up of all non-sale Home Economics Items

10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. - Vendors Open to the Public

10:00 a.m. - 10:30  a.m. - Breeding Beef Check-in (by picking up Exhibitor Number)

If you do not move in Tuesday, you must park in the back lot and walk cattle in using walk through gate

10:30 a.m. – Breeding Beef Show (Bull Show followed by Heifer Show)

breeding beef leaving the premises today, must walk out the back gate after the show, no trailers in the facility in preparation for the swine show.

6:00 p.m. – Deadline to pick-up all non-sale Home Economics Entries 

6:00 p.m. – Market Swine Show 

10:00 p.m. – Release/Removal of all non-sale Broilers, Swine, Lambs & Goats

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Ag Mechanic Projects Check-In

9:00 a.m. – Breeding Swine Show

10:00 a.m. – Ag Mechanics Show/Judging  

3:00 p.m. - Deadline for all Breeding Swine to be removed from grounds 

4:00 p.m. – Commercial Heifer Show, Market Steer Show to follow 

1 HOUR AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE STEER SHOW is the deadline for signing up/removing Animals from the Auction/Sale

9:30 a.m. – Freezer Sale Check In

10:00 a.m. – Freezer Sale 

3:00 p.m. – Remaining livestock/Vendor Booths must be removed from the grounds. 

4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Facility Clean Up---

All exhibitors or a representative MUST help clean the facility. The exhibitor or the representative must sign in at 4:00 p.m. They will be released at 6 p.m. If the exhibitor or representative does not sign in, they will be charged $250.00. This amount will be withheld from their check.
